Shamus Cassidy
Shamus B. Cassidy is the Manager and Founder of Cassidy Law, Ltd. Shamus concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, disability/special needs planning, probate, elder law, taxation, asset protection, corporate, business, and real estate matters.
Concerning his business practice, Shamus represents small to medium-sized business entities and other organizations in a variety of industries and professions, including many family businesses, restaurants, dental/medical practices, and franchises. As a part of his business practice, Shamus utilizes his estate and succession planning experience to help his clients' achieve their business, retirement, and estate planning goals.
Shamus is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Tax Court.

Morgan Kelly
Morgan Kelly is an associate attorney at Cassidy Law, Ltd. She attended The Ohio State University for undergrad and received her JD from Capital University Law School. Morgan has several years of experience and has practiced in many different areas of law, including criminal defense, landlord tenant law, family law (civil protection orders, divorce, contested custody, etc.), and workers’ compensation.
Morgan is originally from a small town 20 miles north of Baltimore, Maryland and now lives in Upper Arlington with her husband and two dogs, a bulldog and a yorkie. In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading and swimming. Morgan loves animals and is a dedicated volunteer and foster for the local non-profit, RescuedOhio.
Meghan Howard
Meghan Howard is a Paralegal at Cassidy Law, Ltd. She has obtained her Paralegal Degree from Columbus State Community College’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Studies Program. Meghan has multiple years of legal experience and participates in educational opportunities to keep up to date on the evolving legal field. Meghan is a member of the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She plans on achieving her ultimate goals of becoming a NALA Certified and OSBA certified Paralegal. Meghan is passionate about her Paralegal career and her favorite part about her career is getting to know the clients.
Meghan lives in Plain City where she grew up and enjoys spending her time with her husband and son (soon to be sons) traveling around and spending time with friends and family.
